These dirt, dust, and oil resistant thermostat-controlled systems operate efficiently by activating the cooler only when internal temperatures approach critical levels, making them suitable for fluctuating heat loads caused by environmental or seasonal changes. The standard thermostat control includes an adjustable thermostat factory set at 95°F (35°C), with sound levels measured using an optional cold muffler. The compact cabinet cooler can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA rating of the electronic enclosure. All cabinet coolers are UL listed and CE compliant, providing a low-cost, reliable solution to cool and purge electronic control panels by using a vortex tube powered by compressed air with no moving parts. Cooling capacities reach up to 5,600 BTU/hr (1,641 watts), offering quiet operation to stabilize enclosure temperature and humidity without CFCs or maintenance requirements. They are designed to mount in standard electrical knockouts and help prevent nuisance tripping, heat damage, circuit drift, and lost production by eliminating the need for fans and filters, while protecting against dirt and dust.
