NEMA 12 (IP54) Cabinet Cooler® systems are dust-tight and oil-tight solutions ideal for general industrial environments without liquids or corrosives. These dirt, dust, and oil resistant thermostat control systems efficiently operate by activating the cooler only when internal temperatures approach critical levels, making them optimal for fluctuating heat loads caused by environmental or seasonal changes. The standard thermostat control includes an adjustable thermostat factory set at 95°F (35°C), and sound level is measured with an optional cold muffler installed. The compact cabinet cooler installs quickly through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA rating of the electronic enclosure. All cabinet coolers are UL listed and CE compliant, incorporating a vortex tube to produce cold air from compressed air with no moving parts. They offer cooling capacities up to 5,600 BTU/hr. (1,641 watts), are quiet, stabilize enclosure temperature and humidity, contain no CFCs, and are maintenance-free. These systems mount in a standard electrical knockout, stop nuisance tripping, prevent heat damage, eliminate fans and filters, reduce lost production, stop circuit drift, and provide protection from dirt and dust. EXAIR® cabinet cooler systems comply with OSHA safety requirements and the EU general product safety directive (2001/95/EC).
