NEMA 12 (IP54) Cabinet Cooler® systems are designed for general industrial environments where no liquids or corrosives are present, providing dust-tight and oil-tight protection. These dirt, dust, and oil resistant thermostat control systems operate efficiently by activating the cooler only when internal temperatures approach critical levels, making them ideal for fluctuating heat loads caused by environmental or seasonal changes. The standard thermostat control includes an adjustable thermostat factory set at 95°F (35°C), and sound levels are measured with the optional cold muffler installed. The compact NEMA 12 cabinet cooler installs quickly through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA rating of the enclosure. All models are UL listed and CE compliant and utilize a vortex tube to produce cold air from compressed air with no moving parts, ensuring reliability and low maintenance. Cooling capacities reach up to 5,600 BTU/hr (1,641 watts), providing quiet operation while stabilizing enclosure temperature and humidity without CFCs. The system eliminates fans, filters, and nuisance tripping, protects electronics from heat damage, circuit drift, dirt, and dust, and supports applications including programmable controllers, line control cabinets, motor control centers, relay panels, NC/CNC systems, modular control centers, CCTV cameras, computer cabinets, cool laser housings, and electronic scales.
