Thermostat controlled hazardous location NEMA 4X (IP66) cabinet cooler systems are engineered and approved for use on purged electrical enclosures within classified areas, meeting stringent UL requirements. These systems are suitable for Class I Div 1, Groups A, B, C and D; Class II Div 1 Groups E, F and G; and Class III environments. Constructed of stainless steel for food service and corrosive environments, they offer cooling capacities ranging from 1,000 BTU/hr to 5,600 BTU/hr and can be installed through a standard electrical knockout in minutes. The NEMA 4X thermostat control ensures efficient operation by activating the cooler only when internal temperatures near critical levels, with an adjustable thermostat factory set at 95°F (35°C). Designed for dust-tight, oil-tight, and splash-resistant indoor/outdoor service, these coolers incorporate a low pressure relief valve that seals when not operating to maintain enclosure integrity. Each system includes a water-dirt filter separator to prevent condensate and dirt ingress and a cold air distribution kit to direct airflow for circulation or targeting hot spots. All cabinet coolers are UL classified, CE compliant, and covered by warranty terms. These HazLoc cabinet cooler systems are not purged and pressurized control systems and should be used in conjunction with purged and pressurized controllers.
