NEMA 4X thermostat control systems are highly efficient for operating cabinet coolers by activating the cooler only when internal temperatures approach critical levels, making them ideal for fluctuating heat loads due to environmental or seasonal changes. The standard thermostat control systems include an adjustable thermostat factory set at 95°F (35°C). These NEMA 4X (IP66) cabinet coolers are constructed of stainless steel, suitable for food service and corrosive environments, and feature sound levels measured with an optional cold muffler installed. EXAIR® cabinet coolers utilize a vortex tube to generate cold air from compressed air without any moving parts, and the compact units can be installed in minutes through a standard electrical knockout. The NEMA 4X (IP66) systems are dust-tight, oil-tight, splash resistant, corrosion resistant, and suitable for indoor or outdoor service. They include a low pressure relief valve that seals when the cooler is not operating to maintain the integrity of a NEMA 4 enclosure. Available in various cooling capacities up to 5,600 BTU/hr. (1,641 watts), these UL listed and CE compliant cabinet coolers are designed for applications including programmable controllers, line control cabinets, motor control centers, relay panels, NC/CNC systems, modular control centers, CCTV cameras, computer cabinets, cool laser housings, and electronic scales.
