This sealant is designed for long-lasting flexibility and durability, allowing it to stretch and compress up to 500% without cracking or losing adhesion. It is suitable for sealing gaps around windows, doors, siding, gutters, and other exterior and interior applications. The product is waterproof, paintable, and UV resistant, making it ideal for use in harsh weather conditions. It complies with ASTM C920, Class 25, and meets requirements for use in both residential and commercial applications. The sealant cures to a rubber-like consistency with a Shore A hardness of 25, providing excellent weatherproofing and crack resistance.
