This FLEX™ Super Wide duct tape is up to 300% wider than standard 1-7/8" duct tape and features a tough reinforced backing with a powerful, thick rubber adhesive that provides maximum bonding strength to almost any surface. The tape is removable, repositionable, and can be torn by hand both vertically and horizontally, reducing waste. It is water, weather, and UV resistant. The tape is suitable for reinforcing boxes, general household repairs, DIY projects, sealing drafty windows, doors, or awnings, repairing tears in furniture, tents or fabric, temporary auto and RV repairs, securing cords and wires, A/C units and duct work, as well as arts and crafts. It may not bond well to certain siliconized material, water-repellent surfaces, some porous surfaces such as raw unpainted wood, concrete, cinder block, and brick, or surfaces that have grease, oil, dirt, or debris. It is not intended for application on wet surfaces or continuous submersion underwater and should not be used as electrical tape.
