Thick rubberized liquid that can be brushed, rolled, dipped, or poured, Flex Seal® liquid seeps into cracks and holes to seal out air, water, and moisture. It dries to a watertight, flexible rubberized coating that is waterproof, weatherproof, mildew resistant, chemical resistant, and UV resistant. The product is suitable for concrete and asphalt repair, foundation repair, preventing rust and corrosion, stopping basement seepage, weatherizing and sealing out moisture, home and roof repair, RV and motorhome weatherizing and repair, pools and pool equipment, as well as outdoor fountains and bird baths. It works on a wide variety of materials including concrete, glass, brick, stucco, masonry, wood, copper, plastic, tile, fabrics, wires, vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic, porcelain, metal, aluminum, natural stones, foam, asphalt, EIFS, TPO, PVC, EPDM, CSPE, Hypalon polyurethanes, and more.
