No matter the size of your western blot, there is a box designed to fit it perfectly, with options correctly matched to common blot sizes to accommodate more blots on shakers or rockers while minimizing reagent and antibody usage. All boxes feature corners formed at 90° angles and a uniformly flat bottom surface to further reduce consumption of costly reagents and antibodies; for example, popular mini-gels require only about 4 ml of reagent. Many boxes are available in light-blocking opaque black, suitable for light-sensitive samples. The kit includes boxes with hinged lids that minimize evaporation and are suitable for halves, wholes, strips, or minis.
