Total-Pure™ centrifuge tubes are manufactured from a proprietary purified polypropylene blend certified to be free of trace metal content, with less than 1 ppm of common trace metals including calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, manganese, copper, aluminum, silicon, nickel, vanadium, sodium, phosphorous, cobalt, chromium, potassium, lithium, lead, selenium, cadmium, mercury, and arsenic confirmed via ICP-MS testing. These tubes are engineered to withstand a maximum centrifugation rate of 20,000 xg, with this RCF specification printed directly on 15 ml tubes. They feature Hi-Viz™ graduations that are easily identified at any angle and a printed max-freeze line indicating the maximum allowable volume to be frozen inside the tubes. TotalPure's natural color caps provide a smooth seal that is easy to open and close with one hand without compromising the integrity of the 95 kPa leak-proof seal. The tubes are available in resealable zip bags containing 25 tubes or individually wrapped and e-beam sterilized with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^-6.
