The Optiwell™ sealing mats are produced from high-quality, chemically resistant silicone designed to provide an airtight and liquid-tight seal. The material resists tearing and wear, minimizing particulate debris, and is compatible with temperatures ranging from -40 to 80°C. These mats can be autoclaved and are prepared for reuse with a 10% bleach wash followed by an ethanol rinse. They feature black alphanumeric printing for easy reference and have two types of resealable perforations ("+" and "-"). The mats are RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free, suitable for use on 96-well plates. The package includes sealing mats meeting these specifications, ensuring reliable sealing performance with chemical resistance and temperature tolerance.
