The OptiWell™ line of deep well plates is compatible with all popular automated research platforms and robotic equipment, suitable for bacterial cultures, centrifugation up to 4000xg max RCF, and general sample storage. These plates can be used with silicone sealing mats and various types of sealing film. They are produced in a class 100,000 cleanroom facility and comply with ANSI / SLAS 1-2004 standards. While all OptiWell™ plates are autoclavable, several types are also available presterilized by gamma irradiation according to ISO 13485. All plates are certified RNase/DNase free and non-pyrogenic. Key features include black printed alphanumeric coatings, over 30 plate configurations, V (conical) bottoms, sterile production, minimal binding and liquid retention, and manufacturing from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene. These plates are suitable for use with KingFisher and Accuris IsoPure systems.
