The OptiWell™ line of deep well plates is compatible with all popular automated research platforms and robotic equipment, making them suitable for bacterial cultures, centrifugation up to 4000xg max RCF, and general sample storage. These 96 square well standard plates feature a U-bottom design with minimal binding and liquid retention, and are constructed from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene. They include black printed alpha-numerics for easy identification and can be used with silicone sealing mats and various types of sealing film. All plates are manufactured in a class 100,000 cleanroom facility, are ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 compliant, certified RNase/DNase free, and non-pyrogenic. While all plates are autoclavable, several types are also available presterilized by gamma irradiation in accordance with ISO 13485. The product line offers over 30 plate configurations to meet research needs.
