The OptiWell™ line of deep well plates is compatible with all popular automated research platforms and robotic equipment, designed for bacterial cultures, centrifugation up to 4000xg max RCF, and general sample storage. These plates can be used with silicone sealing mats and various sealing films. Manufactured in a class 100,000 cleanroom facility, they comply with ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 standards. While all OptiWell™ plates are autoclavable, several types are also available presterilized by gamma irradiation according to ISO 13485. The plates are certified RNase/DNase free and non-pyrogenic. The product line offers over 30 plate configurations, featuring non-sterile, V (conical) wells designed for minimal binding and liquid retention, black printed alpha-numerics for easy identification, and are made from virgin, medical-grade polypropylene.
