Optiwell™ tip combs are designed for magnetic bead-based nucleic acid and protein affinity purification in automated systems including KingFisher™ Flex and Accuris IsoPure™ extraction systems. They are suitable for viral RNA extraction, DNA extraction, immunoprecipitation, and quantification. The tip combs are made of chemically inert, low binding virgin polypropylene and are certified RNase, DNase, and pyrogen free. They are leakproof, having been vacuum and pressure tested, and are compatible specifically with KingFisher and IsoPure extraction systems.
