The MP8024 1" round punch and die set for MetalPro ironworkers includes one upper punch and one lower die, specifically designed for MetalPro ironworker machines. The hole size is determined by the upper punch, and each set features a standard 2" lower die with a 1/32" clearance between the punch and die. For optimal performance, the hole punch size should be equal to or greater than the material thickness, and it is recommended that the punch and die set be 1/32" larger than the bolt size (for example, a 5/16" bolt requires an 11/32" round punch and die set). This set is rated for use in mild steel.
