The Oilshield® air hose reel features a corrosion-resistant powder-coated steel construction with a single adjustable guide arm and an L-shaped base with groove reinforcement to ensure stable support. It includes an RMA Class A oil-resistant 3/8" x 35' air hose made of nitrile inner core and nitrile cover, protecting against oil, welding spatters, and grinding sparks, suitable for temperatures from -50°F to +190°F. The reel utilizes a fully enclosed multi-position 12-point ratchet spring system to lock the hose at various lengths, brass swivel joint hose inlet connections to prevent leaks, a reel stopper, and four non-snag rollers to reduce hose abrasion. This heavy-duty single-arm reel is 30% lighter than standard rubber hoses in its class and offers exceptional cold weather flexibility from -30°F to +180°F. It can be mounted on floor, wall, ceiling, trucks, and trailers, making it ideal for automotive and DIY users. The hose reel features a 4:1 safety factor and a 4-finger grip bend restraint for user comfort and control.
