The OilShield® 3/8" air hose reel is constructed with corrosion-resistant powder-coated steel and features a dual arm with groove reinforcement to ensure stable support, combined with an RMA Class A oil-resistant air hose designed for shops and garages. The hose reel employs a fully enclosed multi-position 12-point ratchet spring system that locks the hose at specified shorter and longer lengths. It includes brass swivel joints for the hose inlet connection to prevent leaks, while the reel stopper and four non-snag rollers help reduce hose abrasion. This versatile hose reel can be mounted on the floor, wall, or ceiling, making it suitable for commercial and industrial applications. The reel comes equipped with the award-winning OilShield® air hose, recognized with the Motor Magazine top 20 tool award, featuring a nitrile inner core and nitrile cover to protect against oil, welding spatters, and grinding sparks. The hose is 30% lighter and stronger than comparable models and maintains exceptional cold weather flexibility from -30°F to +180°F.
