The Oilshield® air hose reel features a corrosion-resistant powder-coated steel construction with a single adjustable guide arm and an L-shaped base reinforced with grooves for stable support. It includes an RMA Class A oil-resistant 3/8" x 75' air hose with a nitrile inner core and cover, designed to withstand oil, welding spatters, and grinding sparks, offering exceptional cold weather flexibility from -30°F to +180°F. The reel uses a fully enclosed multi-position 12-point ratchet spring system to lock the hose at various lengths, and brass swivel joint hose inlet connections protect against leaks. A reel stopper and four non-snag rollers reduce hose abrasion. This heavy-duty single-arm reel can be mounted on floors, walls, ceilings, trucks, or trailers and is suitable for automotive, industrial, and construction applications such as removing lug nuts, using nail guns, and inflating tires. The hose is 30% lighter than standard rubber hoses in its class, enhancing mobility and ease of handling.
