The Oilshield® 3/4" retractable air hose reel features a robust steel housing with a 300 PSI-rated O-ring-sealed rubber hose designed for professional use. The 18-gauge, powder-coated frame includes a 12-point ratcheting reel and four non-snag abrasion-reducing rollers to ensure smooth operation and hose protection. The reel comes with a 3' leading hose and a brass swivel inlet, allowing easy installation on walls, ceilings, floors, or service trailers. It operates reliably within a temperature range of -50°F to +190°F, with the oil-resistant nitrile rubber hose resisting kinks, ozone, and harsh shop chemicals. The hose is reinforced with an Oilshield® outer cover for flexibility at extreme temperatures and provides a 4:1 safety factor at 300 PSI. The reel includes a dedicated hose-stop feature and a fully enclosed spring assembly to reduce vibration, extend spring life, and enable quieter operation. Its lightweight design reduces user fatigue while maintaining durability, making it suitable for environments such as automotive repair, fabrication facilities, fleet maintenance, service bays, and industrial workshops.
