The SSM Plus water filter assembly is a triple system designed for ice cubers over 1,200 lb with a maximum flow rate of 5.01 gallons per minute. It includes AquaArmor by Agion, a silver-based antimicrobial compound that reduces the growth of bacteria, microorganisms, algae, mold, and slime on ice machine surfaces, helping to prevent premature clogging. The filter features ultrafine half-micron filtration combined with food-grade polyphosphate to effectively remove chlorine, off-tastes, odors, and particles, ensuring cleaner, more consistent ice and extending the life of Scotsman® machines.
