Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. Compactly built to fit small spaces, these reels accommodate hose lengths of 25, 35, and 50 feet and have a pressure rating of 300 PSI. Constructed from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish, the reels are protected from contamination and designed for durability. They include heavy-duty, multi-positional reinforced steel guide arms that allow for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, providing support and reducing hose trip hazards. The stress-free swivel inlet features high-grade seals and bearings to prevent hose kinking and ensure smooth airflow. The drive spring is made from conditioned high-quality spring steel to ensure long life and smooth automatic hose retrieval with a banded design that minimizes spring damage from reverse winding. The hose reel has a retractable hose capability with a ratchet mechanism that locks the hose in place when released, allowing users to pull out the desired length without the hose automatically rewinding.
