Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels fit into small spaces and feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, four-hole mounting support for ease of use and durability, and can be locked into any desired position. The kit includes a durable, ergonomically designed 1/4" ID x 1/4" NPT 25 ft. air hose that combines cold weather flexibility and durability typical of high-end rubber hoses with the ultra-lightweight comfort of a hybrid hose, rated for 300 PSI. The reels are made from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polish finish that protects against contamination. The hose is up to 40% lighter than traditional rubber hoses, has a maximum burst pressure of 1,200 PSI, and includes handle grip brass end air hose fittings to withstand heavy-duty use and reduce repair costs. A heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped multi-positional guide arm allows for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, providing added support, reducing twisting, and eliminating trip hazards. The stress-free swivel inlet incorporates the highest-grade seal design and materials combined with bearing areas to ensure maximum service and reliability. The product complies with industry standards and comes with a specified warranty term.
