Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environments including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. The compact reels, featuring a stainless steel electro-polish finish for superior corrosion resistance, have retractable capabilities with nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck installation. The reel includes a 1/4" ID x 1/4" NPT, 25 ft. EPDM rubber air hose rated for 300 PSI, which offers excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and mild chemicals, reinforced with dual textile plies for durability in industrial and agricultural applications. The multi-positional heavy-duty reinforced steel guide arm provides secure mounting and prevents twisting or trip hazards, while the stress-free swivel inlet with high-grade seals and bearing areas enhances service life by preventing hose binding or kinking. The product complies with relevant safety and material standards and includes a warranty covering material and workmanship defects for a specified period.
