Milton®’s industrial Grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications such as food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for ease of use and durability, with the ability to lock in any desired position. Each reel is equipped with a 3/8" ID x 1/4" NPT, 25 ft. EPDM rubber air hose that offers excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and mild chemical exposure, with a PSI rating of 300. The reels are constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish for superior corrosion resistance across various environments and corrosive media. The heavy-duty EPDM rubber hose provides excellent UV and ozone resistance, flexibility in cold climates, and the capacity to handle fine oil-misted compressed air, reinforced with dual textile plies for durability suitable for industrial, agricultural, and supply services. The multi-positional guide arm, made from heavy-duty reinforced steel stamping, supports wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, resists twisting, eliminates trip hazards, and includes a retractable hose feature that rewinds the hose automatically. The stress-free swivel inlet combines high-grade seal design and materials with bearing areas to maximize service life and prevents hose binding or kinking.
