Milton® industrial-grade (Grade 304) stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environments such as food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. Compactly built to fit into small spaces, these reels include retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for ease of use and durability, with the ability to lock the reel in any desired position. Each reel comes equipped with a 1/2" ID x 1/2" NPT, 35 ft. air hose that combines the cold weather flexibility, durability, and premium feel of high-end rubber hoses with the lightweight comfort of a hybrid hose; the hose is rated for 300 PSI. The reels are constructed from SS304 stainless steel, offering superior corrosion resistance and are finished with electro-polish to protect against contamination. The hose is up to 40% lighter than traditional rubber hoses, with a maximum burst pressure of 1,200 PSI and brass end air hose fittings for durability and reduced repair costs. The heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped guide arm supports multiple mounting options including wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck installation, providing resistance to twisting and eliminating trip hazards by rewinding the hose automatically.
