Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. They are compact to fit into small spaces and feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag, abrasion resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for durability and ease of use; the reel can be locked in any desired position. The reel comes equipped with a superior, durable 3/8" ID x 3/8" NPT 25 ft. EPDM rubber air hose, which offers excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and mild chemical exposure, with a PSI rating of 300. The stainless steel (SS304) construction provides superior corrosion resistance including an electro-polish finish to prevent contamination. The heavy-duty EPDM hose is reinforced with dual textile plies, ensuring long-lasting durability and flexibility in cold climates while also offering resistance to UV and ozone, making it suitable for outdoor and industrial use. Its multi-positional heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped guide arm allows wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, prevents twisting, and reduces tripping hazards by automatically rewinding the hose through a retractable mechanism. A stress-free swivel inlet with high-grade seal design and bearing areas maximizes service life and prevents hose binding or kinking.
