Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications such as food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact, durable reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for versatile installation on walls, floors, ceilings, pits, or trucks. The reels can be locked at any desired position. Included is a 1/2" ID x 3/8" NPT, 35 ft. air hose made from ultra-lightweight rubber that offers the flexibility and durability of high-end rubber hoses with the lightweight comfort of a hybrid hose, rated for 300 PSI working pressure and a maximum burst pressure of 1,200 PSI. Hose fittings are brass with handle grips. The reels are constructed from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish to protect against contamination. The heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped multi-positional guide arm supports various mounting options, resists twisting, eliminates hose trip hazards, and aids in automatic hose rewinding. The product complies with industry standards and comes with a manufacturer warranty covering specified terms.
