Milton® offers industrial Grade 304 stainless steel hose reels suitable for harsh environments such as food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels are designed to fit into tight spaces and include features such as retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for stability and durability, with the ability to lock the hose at any desired position. Each reel is equipped with a 3/8" ID x 1/4" NPT, 25 ft. air hose made from ultra-lightweight, durable rubber that preserves cold weather flexibility and the premium feel of high-end rubber hoses while offering the lightweight comfort of a hybrid hose. The hose has a maximum burst pressure of 1,200 PSI, a PSI rating of 300, and brass end air hose fittings for durability. The reel is constructed from corrosion-resistant electro-polished stainless steel SS304 and features a heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped multi-positional guide arm that supports wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, resists twisting, prevents trip hazards, and ensures retractable hose rewind automatically. The package includes the reel with hose and mounting hardware, and the product complies with applicable industry standards. Warranty terms are provided by Milton® to cover defects and performance issues under normal use.
