Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels fit into small spaces and feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for ease of use and durability, with the ability to lock the reel in any desired position. The kit includes a durable 1/4" ID x 1/4" NPT, 35 ft. air hose that combines cold weather flexibility and premium rubber hose feel with the lightweight comfort of a hybrid hose, rated for a maximum pressure of 300 PSI. The reels are made of corrosion-resistant grade 304 stainless steel with an electro-polish finish to prevent contamination. The hose is ultra-lightweight, up to 40% lighter than traditional rubber hoses, has a max burst pressure of 1,200 PSI, and features brass end fittings for durability and cost-effective maintenance. The heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped multi-positional guide arm supports wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, reduces twisting, and prevents trip hazards.
