Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels fit into small spaces and feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support, allowing ease of use, durability, and the ability to lock at any desired position. The reel is equipped with a 1/4" ID x 1/4" NPT, 35 ft. EPDM rubber air hose rated at 300 PSI, offering excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and mild chemical exposure. The stainless steel construction provides superior corrosion resistance, with an electro-polish finish to prevent contamination. The heavy-duty EPDM hose is UV and ozone resistant, flexible in cold climates, capable of handling fine oil-misted compressed air, reinforced with dual textile plies for durability in industrial, agricultural, and supply applications. A multi-positional heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped guide arm allows mounting on walls, floors, ceilings, pits, or trucks, providing support, resisting twisting, and eliminating hose trip hazards. The reel includes a stress-free swivel inlet featuring high-grade seal design and materials combined with bearings to maximize service life and prevent hose binding or kinking. The product meets applicable certifications and compliance standards and is backed by a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship.
