Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels, coated with an electro-polish finish for contamination protection, feature superior corrosion resistance and include a 3/8" ID x 1/4" NPT 35 ft. EPDM rubber air hose rated at 300 PSI, which offers excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and mild chemical exposure. The heavy-duty EPDM hose is UV and ozone resistant, flexible in cold climates, and reinforced with dual textile plies for durability suited to industrial, agriculture, and supply services. The reels feature nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, a multi-positional heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped guide arm allowing wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, and a retractable hose capability with automatic rewind. Additionally, the stress-free swivel inlet utilizes high-grade seals and bearing areas to prevent hose binding or kinking, enhancing service life. Four-hole mounting support adds to the ease of installation and durability, and the reel can be locked in any desired position. The product comes with applicable warranty terms.
