Milton® industrial stainless steel hose reels are constructed from grade 304 stainless steel with an electro-polish finish, providing superior corrosion resistance suitable for harsh environments such as food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck installation, allowing for secure mounting and versatility. The reels can be locked in any desired position and include a heavy-duty 3/8" ID x 3/8" NPT, 35 ft. EPDM rubber air hose rated at 300 PSI, which offers excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, UV, mild chemicals, and fine oil-misted compressed air, reinforced with dual textile plies for enhanced durability and flexibility in cold climates. The multi-positional guide arm is made of reinforced steel stamped to prevent twisting and reduce trip hazards, while the stress-free swivel inlet incorporates high-grade seals and bearing areas to prevent hose binding and kinking, ensuring maximum service life.
