Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag, abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support to ensure ease of use and durability with the ability to lock the hose at any desired position. The kit includes a durable 3/8" ID x 3/8" NPT, 25 ft. air hose that is ultra-lightweight yet maintains the flexibility, durability, and premium feel of high-end rubber hoses, rated for 300 PSI. The reels are constructed from SS304 stainless steel with superior corrosion resistance and coated with an electro-polish finish for contamination protection. The hose is up to 40% lighter than traditional rubber hoses, has a maximum burst pressure of 1,200 PSI, and is fitted with handle grip brass end air hose fittings for durability and to minimize repair costs. The multi-positional heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped guide arm allows for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, providing extra support, reducing twisting, and eliminating trip hazards. The design includes a retractable hose capability that automatically rewinds the hose. The stress-free swivel inlet enhances operation ease and longevity.
