Milton®’s industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environments such as food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels fit into small spaces and include retractable capabilities with nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, supported by a four-hole mounting system for durability and ease of use, allowing locking at any desired position. The kit includes a durable 1/4" ID x 1/4" NPT, 50 ft. air hose that balances cold weather flexibility, durability, and lightweight comfort, featuring a PSI rating of 300. The reels are manufactured from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polish finish to prevent contamination. The hose is ultra-lightweight, up to 40% lighter than traditional rubber hoses, with a maximum burst pressure of 1,200 PSI and brass handle grip end fittings ensuring durability and resistance to heavy-duty use. The multi-positional guide arm is made from heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, providing more support, resisting twisting, eliminating trip hazards, and enabling the hose to rewind automatically. The stress-free swivel inlet enhances operational ease, combining high-performance functionality with robust construction.
