Milton®'s industrial Grade 304 stainless steel hose reel is designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. The compact reel features retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for durability and ease of use, allowing it to be locked in any desired position. The kit includes an ergonomically designed 3/8" ID x 1/4" NPT, 50 ft. air hose that offers cold weather flexibility, durability, and the lightweight comfort of a hybrid hose. The hose has a maximum burst pressure of 1,200 PSI and is fitted with handle grip brass end air hose fittings. The reel is made of corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polish finish to protect against contamination. The ultra-lightweight hose is up to 40% lighter than traditional rubber hoses while maintaining flexibility. The heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped multi-positional guide arm allows for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, providing support, resisting twisting, and reducing tripping hazards.
