Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. Constructed compactly to fit into small spaces, these reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support, allowing for ease of use, durability, and the ability to lock the reel at any desired position. The kit includes a durable 1/2" ID x 1/2" NPT, 50 ft. air hose that combines the cold weather flexibility, durability, and premium feel of high-end rubber hoses with the lightweight comfort of a hybrid hose, rated for a maximum pressure of 300 PSI. The stainless steel reel is made from corrosion-resistant SS304 with an electro-polished finish to prevent contamination, while the ultra-lightweight air hose is up to 40% lighter than traditional rubber hoses, has a max burst pressure of 1,200 PSI, and includes handle grip brass end fittings for durability under heavy-duty use. The reel features a heavy-duty reinforced steel multi-positional guide arm for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, providing enhanced support, twist resistance, and safety by reducing hose trip hazards, complemented by automatic retractable hose rewind capability. The product is backed by a warranty consistent with Milton® standards.
