Milton® Industrial Grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environments including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and a four-hole mounting support system allowing mounting on walls, floors, ceilings, pits, or trucks while preventing hose twisting and eliminating trip hazards. The reels lock in any desired position and are constructed from durable SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polish finish for superior corrosion resistance against various corrosive media. The package includes a 1/2" ID x 1/2" NPT, 50 ft EPDM rubber air hose rated at 300 PSI, which offers excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, UV, and mild chemicals; it is reinforced with dual textile plies for added durability in industrial, agricultural, and supply applications. The hose reels are equipped with a heavy-duty, multi-positional guide arm made from reinforced steel stamped material to provide strong support and a stress-free swivel inlet designed with high-grade seals and bearing areas to maximize service life by preventing hose binding or kinking. The hose assembly is suitable for compressed air applications including fine oil-misted air, and the overall design supports heavy duty use and long-lasting operation.
