Milton® industrial Grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications such as food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels fit into small spaces and feature retractable capability, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, four-hole mounting support, and can be locked at any desired position. The kit includes a 1/4" ID x 1/4" NPT, 50 ft EPDM rubber air hose rated for 30 PSI, which offers excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and mild chemical exposure. The reels are constructed from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish to prevent contamination. The heavy-duty EPDM hose provides UV and ozone resistance, flexibility in cold climates, and is reinforced with dual textile plies for durability, suitable for industrial, agricultural, and supply services. The multi-positional heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped guide arm allows for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, reducing hose twisting and trip hazards, and includes an automatic rewind mechanism. The stress-free swivel inlet utilizes high-grade seal materials and bearing areas to maximize service life by preventing hose binding and kinking. The product comes with a warranty covering workmanship and material defects.
