Milton® industrial Grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications such as food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. The reels are compact, featuring retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for ease of use and durability, allowing the hose to be locked in any desired position. Each reel is equipped with a 1/2" ID x 3/8" NPT, 50 ft. EPDM rubber air hose rated at 300 PSI, providing excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and mild chemical exposure. The reels are made from corrosion-resistant Grade 304 stainless steel with an electro-polished finish to prevent contamination. The heavy-duty EPDM hose is UV and ozone resistant, flexible in cold climates, suitable for handling fine oil-misted compressed air, and reinforced with dual textile plies for durability in industrial, agricultural, and supply services. A multi-positional guide arm made of heavy-duty reinforced steel allows for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, providing additional support, resisting twisting, and reducing trip hazards, while the hose automatically rewinds due to its retractable capability. The stress-free swivel inlet features a high-grade seal design with bearing areas to ensure maximum service life and prevent hose binding or kinking. Warranty terms apply.
