Milton®'s industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environments, including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support, allowing for easy installation and durability, with the ability to lock the hose at any desired position. The kit includes a durable 1/2" ID x 1/2" NPT, 25 ft. air hose that combines the cold weather flexibility and durability of high-end rubber hoses with the lightweight comfort of a hybrid hose, rated for a maximum PSI of 300. The reels offer superior corrosion resistance with an electro-polished finish that protects the SS304 stainless steel from contamination. The ultra-lightweight rubber hose is up to 40% lighter than traditional rubber hoses, has a max burst pressure of 1,200 PSI, and features handle grip brass end air hose fittings to withstand heavy-duty use and reduce repair costs. The heavy-duty reinforced steel stamped guide arm supports multi-positional mounting options such as wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck, resists twisting, and helps eliminate trip hazards. Additionally, the reels have a stress-free swivel inlet to enhance performance. The product includes warranty terms as specified by Milton®.
