Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels fit into small spaces and feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, allowing installation flexibility and durability. The reel includes a 1/2" ID x 3/8" NPT 25 ft. EPDM rubber air hose that is heat, cold, weather, ozone resistant, and offers mild chemical resistance with a PSI rating of 300. The reels are made from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polish finish to prevent contamination. The reinforced EPDM rubber hose is UV and ozone resistant, flexible in cold climates, suitable for fine oil-misted compressed air, and reinforced with dual textile plies for durability in industrial, agricultural, and supply service environments. The multi-positional guide arm is made of heavy-duty reinforced steel that resists twisting and helps eliminate trip hazards. A stress-free swivel inlet features high-grade seal design and bearing areas to maximize service life and prevent hose binding or kinking.
