Milton® industrial grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. The compact reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion-resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for ease of use and durability, allowing the reel to be locked at any desired position. Each reel is equipped with a 1/2" ID x 1/2" NPT, 35 ft EPDM rubber air hose offering excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and mild chemicals, with a PSI rating of 300. Constructed from corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel with an electro-polish finish to prevent contamination, the reel’s heavy-duty EPDM hose provides excellent UV and ozone resistance, flexibility in cold climates, and reinforcement with dual textile plies for durability and longevity suitable for industrial, agricultural, and supply services. The multi-positional heavy-duty steel stamped guide arm supports wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, resists twisting, eliminates trip hazards, and includes a retractable hose rewind feature. A stress-free swivel inlet uses high-grade seal design and materials combined with bearing areas to maximize service life and prevent hose binding or kinking.
