Milton® industrial Grade 304 stainless steel hose reels are designed for harsh environment applications including food and beverage processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer, and industrial solvent handling. These compact reels feature retractable capabilities, nylon drag and abrasion resistant rollers, and four-hole mounting support for versatility and durability, with the ability to lock at any desired position. The reel is equipped with a 1/2" ID x 1/2" NPT, 25 ft. EPDM rubber air hose that provides excellent resistance to heat, cold, weather, ozone, and offers mild resistance to chemicals, with a PSI rating of 300. The reels are made from SS304 stainless steel with superior corrosion resistance and an electro-polish finish to prevent contamination. The heavy-duty EPDM rubber hose is UV and ozone resistant, flexible in cold climates, and reinforced with dual textile plies for durability in industrial, agricultural, and supply services. The multi-positional guide arm is made from heavy-duty reinforced steel allowing for wall, floor, ceiling, pit, or truck mounting, resisting twisting and preventing trip hazards, while the hose retracts automatically. A stress-free swivel inlet with high-grade seals and bearing areas maximizes service life by preventing hose binding or kinking. This product comes with a warranty as specified by Milton®.
