The 36"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand an existing storage system by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits through a T-post configuration, enabling a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. Its heavy-duty frame comprises 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with single rivet horizontal beams on the middle shelf and double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into posts, reducing back and side sway, while each adjustable shelf is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that is easy to clean and ideal for healthcare and food service applications. The unit supports up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, features pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and shelves are adjustable at 1" increments.
