The 48"W x 24"D x 96"H SC Preferred® commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. Rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the posts to form stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is fitted with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, supporting up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, and pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation, making the unit suitable for industries requiring cleanliness and maximum access to stored items.
