The 48"W x 12"D x 72"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems with ease, connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system across multiple units. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels for added stability, and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. Rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the posts, creating stable joints that reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with Duradeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface ideal for healthcare and food service applications, and the shelves adjust in 1" increments. The unit supports up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed, includes pre-sized panels for seamless installation, and its open design allows four-sided access to stored items, making it suitable for industries where cleanliness is essential.
