The 48"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving setup. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 3-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves and a single rivet beam on the middle shelf for added stability. Rivet button stud construction locks perimeter beams into the posts to form a stable joint that reduces back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf, which supports up to 300 lbs. evenly distributed, is fitted with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, making it suitable for healthcare and food service environments. Shelves are adjustable in 1" increments, and the pre-sized panels ensure seamless installation.
