The 36"W x 12"D x 96"H SC Preferred™ commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting easily to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration to create a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 5-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame includes 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers with double rivet beams on the top and bottom levels and single rivet beams on the middle shelf to enhance stability. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts, reducing back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf is equipped with DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that wipes clean easily, suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 400 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and adjust at 1" increments. Pre-sized panels allow seamless installation, and the open design supports accessibility from all sides.
