The 48"W x 12"D x 60"H SC Preferred commercial-duty boltless shelving add-on unit is designed to expand existing storage systems by connecting to commercial-duty boltless starter kits using a T-post configuration for a continuous shelving system. Constructed from durable roll-formed steel with a chip-resistant gray enamel finish, this 4-shelf unit features a boltless design for quick assembly and provides four-sided access for maximum flexibility. The heavy-duty frame consists of 14-gauge steel uprights punched on 1" centers, with double rivet beams on the top and bottom shelves for added stability and single rivet beams on the middle shelf for reliable support. The rivet button stud construction securely locks perimeter beams into the posts to reduce back and side sway. Each adjustable shelf includes DuraDeck decking, a smooth, non-porous surface that cleans easily and is suitable for healthcare and food service applications. The shelves support up to 300 lbs. per level when evenly distributed and are adjustable at 1" increments. The pre-sized panels allow seamless installation, and the open design provides four-sided access to stored items.
